Whether you call, visit our website or social media pages, we appreciate the time you have taken to interact with us. Every member of our team strives to provide our patients with the utmost care and personalized attention, as well as education on which procedures or treatments are right for you. During your initial consultation with Dr. Asfa, he will talk with you to learn about your personal situation and to discuss your objectives and goals. He will advise you of the potential, realistic results of the procedure(s) you are interested in and share before and after photos of the procedure(s) you discuss. He will answer all your questions and provide you with additional information concerning the long-term results. Dr. Asfa will always take the time to answer all your questions and address your concerns. His goal is to make every patient comfortable with their decision about cosmetic or reconstructive surgery or other medical grade aesthetic treatments.

We offer several types of appointments with Dr. Asfa:

ELECTIVE COSMETIC CONSULTATION - $90

During this appointment, you will discuss your aesthetic concerns and goals with Dr. Asfa. He will examine you and advise you of the elective surgical, minimally invasive, or nonsurgical options he provides that can help you achieve your desired results. This also includes consultations for injectables and medical grade skincare/procedures. Dr. Asfa will explain the potential results and side effects of the procedures/treatments you are interested in and will provide information on long-term results. He may also share examples of before and after photos of the procedures you discuss and will take the time to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have. Dr. Asfa’s goal is for every patient to have realistic expectations and to ensure that his patients are comfortable with their decision to have any elective procedure. The non-refundable $90 consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of the procedure once it has been scheduled. Certain procedures, such as injectables, may be booked in conjunction with your consultation. Post-procedure follow-up appointments are included in the $90 consultation fee.

This appointment is for medical conditions such as wounds, traumatic injuries, burns, skin cancer exams, a multitude of skin conditions, reconstructive surgery, and so on.


We accept insurance for all medical, non-cosmetic visits.  If your insurance requires a referral, it is your responsibility to provide one prior to or at the time of service. If you do not have a referral, you will be required to pay in full or reschedule your appointment. We participate with numerous insurance companies; however we do not participate with the following:

  • Any form of Medicaid  
  • CCC Plus Plans
  • Dual Medicare/Medicaid Plans.  
  • United Health Medicare Advantage plans
  • Anthem Healthkeeper Plans
  • Tricare Prime – without a referral
  • Any form of Car Insurance
  • Workers Comp without a Valid Referral
  • Cigna True Choice Medicare Plans

Laser & Microneedling Consultations: $50

An initial consultation with Dr. Asfa is required prior to ANY laser treatment, so he can ensure that you are a candidate for the procedure. Once Dr. Asfa approves you for a laser treatment, the procedure is then performed by a trained aesthetician. If you desire, and when possible, we can coordinate with the spa so you may have your laser treatment immediately following your consultation with Dr. Asfa.

FACIAL REJUVENATION/NON-SURGICAL BODY CONTOURING CONSULTATION WITH DR. ASFA - $90, fee will be applied towards the cost of aesthetic procedures discussed, including injectables, upon completion of the procedures.  45-60 minutes

During this appointment, you will discuss your aesthetic concerns and goals with our Board Certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Saied Asfa. He will examine you and advise you of the non-surgical treatment options he is able to provide to help you achieve your desired results. Topics may include FaceTite, Accutite, Morpheus8, microneedling, Botox, Filler, Kybella, laser vein or lesion treatments, non-surgical body contouring such as CoolSculpting, BodyTite and Cellfina. Dr. Asfa will explain the potential results and side effects of the procedures you are interested in, and will provide additional information concerning the long-term results. He may also share examples of before and after photos of the procedures you have discussed, and answer all of your questions. Dr. Asfa’s goal is for every patient to have realistic expectations and to ensure that his patients are comfortable with their decision for any cosmetic procedure. Certain procedures may be booked in conjunction with your consultation, such as injectables.
